Easy Specs for Wix is provided by Particle Spectrum Labs, LLC. This policy covers the Wix app, its dashboard, storefront table, and related support. It does not describe the separate Shopify app.

Information we process

We process Wix installation and site identifiers, installation events, the installed subscription plan, product and variant information, table fields and design, and specification values you enter. We use your Wix session credentials to authenticate requests; the app does not retain those credentials. Support correspondence includes the information you choose to send us.

The app does not request shopper accounts, orders, payment-card information, or checkout data. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and errors when serving app assets. The app does not include advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use and store information

We use information to operate the app, display tables, verify access and plan allowances, handle installation events, provide support, and protect service reliability. Installation records and the complete table configuration are stored in our DigitalOcean-hosted database. Wix collections store the storefront configuration copy and product and variant values. Wix processes subscriptions and payments.

Table configuration and specification values are public display data. They can be read through Wix's public collection APIs, including values associated with hidden products. Do not enter confidential information or personal data in specification fields.

Service providers and sharing

Wix and DigitalOcean provide platform, hosting, database, and delivery services. Our support communications also use our email service. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate. We do not sell personal information or use shopper information for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention, uninstall, and deletion

Uninstalling stops ordinary app access but does not immediately erase our installation records or table configuration. We retain these for support, recovery, security, and legal needs. Wix controls retention of data in its collections; reinstall recovery is not guaranteed. Contact us to request deletion of information we control. We may need to verify your authority and retain information required for legal or security purposes. Backup copies may remain until the provider's backup retention expires.

Your choices and rights

You can edit table configuration and values in the app and manage app access in Wix. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about other privacy rights available where you live. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority. We use information to provide the requested service, meet legal obligations, and support legitimate security and operational needs.

Security and changes

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the updated date on this page.
