These terms cover Easy Specs for Wix, provided by Particle Spectrum Labs, LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms. The separate Shopify app has its own terms.

Using the app

You must have authority to install and use the app on the Wix site. You retain responsibility for your product information, specification content, permissions, storefront placement, and publication. You grant us permission to process and display that content as needed to provide the app. Do not submit confidential data in specification fields, publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, bypass access restrictions, or interfere with the service.

Plans and billing

Wix displays current prices, billing periods, discounts, taxes, and renewal terms before purchase and processes payments. Annual subscriptions are billed annually. Review those terms before confirming. Manage subscription renewal and cancellation through Wix; uninstalling the app should not be treated as confirmation that billing has been canceled. Contact support about billing problems or refund requests; applicable law and Wix's billing terms remain controlling.

Plans limit the number of custom fields. Downgrading does not automatically delete existing fields or values, but may prevent adding fields until usage fits the current allowance. Wix remains the authority for the current subscription.

Availability and support

The app relies on Wix and hosting providers. Platform changes and service interruptions can affect operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of data after uninstall. Maintain copies of information important to your business. We may change features or suspend access where needed for security, compatibility, or misuse. Support is available at the address below.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy describes data processing and retention. You can stop using the app by uninstalling it and separately managing your subscription in Wix. Contact us for deletion requests; uninstall is not an immediate deletion request.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or lost data. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes and identify the updated date on this page.
